GT 561 is an inexpensive, versatile adhesive cloth tape in standard quality from our GRIP Eventbasics brand. The gaffa tape has high adhesive strength (adhesive strength on steel 4.0 N/cm) and high immediate adhesion as well as very high tear resistance and good abrasion resistance ( thickness 0.25 mm). The durable tape impresses with its good tear properties (lengthwise and crosswise), and its laminated, waterproof, glossy surface makes the suitable for indoor and outdoor use at a high temperature range from -35° C to +80° C. 's excellent conformability allows it to be applied around corners and edges as well as on rough surfaces, but it also lies flat without wrinkles when applied to smooth surfaces . This all-round gaffa tape is suitable for fixing, bundling, sealing, masking and waterproof sealing, etc. The adhesive strength of the aggressive adhesive increases over time, which is why we recommend the tape primarily for bonding to non-sensitive surfaces or for permanent bonding. The age-resistant tape can be removed without leaving any residue for up to 24 hours.

The affordable GT 561 cloth tape is extremely versatile. With a very high tear resistance and conformability, it is particularly suitable for bonding to irregular surfaces. Instructions for correct application
Please note: To ensure durable bonding, you should adhere to the recommended application temperature of +10°C to +45°C. The adhesive strength of this adhesive tape increases over time after bonding. This Gaffa Tape can therefore be removed without leaving residue for up to 24 hours. You should always be careful when gluing to sensitive surfaces (e.g. natural stone or untreated wood). After removing the adhesive tape, damage, such as discolouration, could occur to these surfaces.
