Mesh 100 is the finest mesh in our range. The mesh has a grammage (weight) of 250 g/m² and a mesh size of less than 1 mm x 5 mm. The polyethylene (HDPE) mesh is UV-resistant for approx. 1-2 years and flame-retardant B1-certified in accordance with DIN 4102. The fine-mesh fabric is approx. 16% wind-permeable and has a very high opacity of approx. 84%. It is ideal as a windbreak and privacy screen for outdoor use. The fine-mesh gauze 100 can be ordered in the shop by the metre from 10 running metres (3 m wide) or as a whole roll with 3 x 100 m in white and black.

100 mesh – very fine-mesh netting
View protection nets of the type Mesh 100 are used mostly as fence panels and are used for wind and view protection. In the event industry, as well as on construction sites, the very fine-meshed fabric is often mounted as a fence net on the fence. The view protection net made of mesh 100 is particularly tightly woven, it has a wind permeability of approx. 16% and provides a view protection value of approx. 84%. The weather-resistant polyethylene mesh is particularly tear-resistant and durable. With the B1 certificate according to DIN 4102, it also meets the safety standards of the event industry.

What is the fine-mesh gauze used for?
The tightly-woven mesh is used for a variety of purposes on construction sites and at events. Here are a few examples:
