Tarpaulin with eyelets

The tarpaulin 10 x 1.76 m is suitable as a cover and as a fence net for construction site fences. The tarpaulins made of HDPE woven tape fabric are waterproof, UV-stable and weather-resistant. The tarpaulin is equipped with eyelets (eyelet spacing 50 cm) for easy attachment, so the fabric tarpaulin can be quickly attached to the fence. It can also be used as a fence tarp on construction sites, as a protective tarp in the garden and as a boat tarp.

Tarpaulin material details

The tarpaulin is made of a sturdy HDPE fabric laminated on both sides with an LDPE coating. HDPE (high-density polyethylene) is particularly robust, unlike cheap PVC tarpaulins from the DIY store. The fabric is resistant to acids, alkalis and other chemicals and can be washed. The tarpaulin is also UV-stabilised.

Tarpaulin – view protection and cover for outdoor areas

The all-purpose tarpaulins can be used in a variety of ways, for example as wind, water, dust and privacy protection. Among other things, the tarpaulin is used as a cover for open-air events, as an opaque fence cover at events, construction sites and in the garden, and as a protective tarpaulin for garden furniture, cars and sandboxes.

Covering for construction sites and events

The tarpaulin is ideally suited as an all-purpose cover at trade fairs and events.. The tarpaulins provide excellent protection from sun, dust and rain for (stacked) seating, as well as for stage elements, lighting and sound equipment, cases with accessories and much more. Since the tarpaulin is waterproof, everything stays dry even in the event of a rain shower.

On construction sites, the tarpaulin is used to cover building materials and tools. Large machines that remain outside on the construction site overnight can be covered with the tarpaulin to keep them waterproof and thus well protected.

Protective tarpaulin for swimming pools, firewood and garden chairs

PE tarpaulins can also be used in a variety of ways in your garden at home. As a base for paddling pools, the tarpaulin protects the lawn, and as a wooden cover, it protects firewood from wind and rain. The tarpaulins can also be used to cover sandboxes, to protect carports or as boat covers.

Fence cover for reliable privacy protection

The 10-metre-long tarpaulin is also particularly suitable for use as a fence covering. The plastic fabric is completely opaque and is therefore ideal for use wherever areas need to be hidden.

At festivals and open-air concerts, the fence tarp can be used to reliably protect backstage areas, stage access and sanitary areas, as well as camping zones or the entire festival grounds, from prying eyes. The 10-metre-long tarp makes covering long fence sections a particularly time-saving process.
The tarp is also used on construction sites as a mobile privacy screen for the fence.
Of course, the tarpaulins can also be used in your free time as a privacy screen for long fences in the garden.

Accessories for quick attachment

The tarpaulin has eyelets all around (eyelet spacing: 50 cm). Thanks to edge reinforcement, the tarpaulin is stable and better protected against tearing. The tarpaulin can be fixed in place using cable ties or tarpaulin bungee cords, either just at the corners or – for more stability – along the sides with all the eyelets. The tarpaulin can also be attached using a rope. For seamless privacy protection, we recommend placing the tarpaulin on the construction fences in an offset manner.

Attaching the tarpaulin as a wind protection net

The tarpaulin is sometimes also used as a windbreak. Since the protective tarpaulin is windproof, a few notes must be observed:

To increase the stability of the fence construction, two additional fence elements can be used to form a triangle after every three fence elements. Storm braces provide additional stabilisation for the fence.
To reduce the wind resistance of the view protection tarpaulins, you should loosen the protective tarp at the bottom left corner.
In particularly windy places, we recommend using a wind-permeable, mesh view protection net instead of the tarpaulin.

Store and clean fence tarp properly

The fence tarp made of HDPE woven tape fabric is washable and extremely easy to care for. Dirt can be removed with water and mild soapy water. Please avoid using cleaning agents that contain chlorine. Please ensure that the fence is stored in a dry place to prevent mould from forming.
