Sprinkler net with B1 and VdS certification
The slightly stretchy sprinkler net is a permeable fabric and is used at trade fairs, on stages and in theatres as a ceiling suspension under sprinkler systems. The white net is made of Trevira CS, is sprinkler-compatible and VdS-tested. The sprinkler fabric also has B1 certification. Bungee cords and cable ties are suitable for attaching it to trusses and similar structures.

Sprinkler net VDS-tested
The sprinkler fabric has a VdS certificate, which certifies that the net is suitable for sprinklers. The net is also flame-retardant B1 in accordance with DIN 4102. These two certificates are usually required at trade fairs in Germany. Only sprinkler fabrics that have been tested by VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH are permitted. Furthermore, only sprinkler nets with B1 certification are often permitted. The relevant certificates must be presented to the trade fair management.

Sprinkler net - ceiling covering for trade fairs, events and theatres
The Trevira CS net is a sprinkler-compatible fabric that is used as a ceiling suspension system and decorative ceiling coveringin large halls and on stages.
The sprinkler net can be used to "cover" a single stand, concealing the technology on the ceiling and making the stand more visually appealing. The net also serves as decoration at many other events.
Attaching sprinkler fabric – important information
The technical guidelines of most trade fairs stipulate, among other things, that the sprinkler net must be stretched so tightly that it does not sag. The fabric must be stretched horizontally and in a single layer. Furthermore, at many trade fairs, only up to 50% of the stand area, but no more than 30 m², may be covered with a ceiling suspension.

Notes on installation:
Stretch fabric can sometimes have a negative effect on the installation of straight surfaces. If it is not fixed properly and uneven tensile forces act on the fabric, tension can easily build up (unwanted waves, "warping"). In this case, make sure that the mesh does not fall below a certain minimum size. Messe Stuttgart, for example, specifies a minimum mesh size of 2 x 4 mm or 3 x 3 mm (see Technical Guidelines of Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, Section 4.4.2). Please check with the relevant exhibition management in advance.

The VdS-tested fabric cannot be printed and is only available unfinished in rolls. Would you like to have the ceiling suspension system made to measure?
