Whether for sporting events such as cycling races and marathons along the course, perimeter advertising in arenas, trade fairs, parades, or as view protection on construction fences at festival sites: Endless nonwovens are the right choice wherever you need long, cost-effective advertising banners. As barrier banners, they quickly transform barriers, fences, and perimeter sections into effective advertising spaces. Nonwoven fabric offers many advantages: it is tear-resistant, easy to attach, and can be cut to the required size without difficulty.

The endless nonwoven is supplied unconfected, cut on a roll. This allows you to adapt it on-site to your fence and secure it quickly with cable ties, without the need for tools.

The 4-colour digital print via sublimation delivers your design in brilliant, vibrant results. Photos, gradients, and complex logos can be printed without issues, allowing you to present your branding on a large scale with impact.

Material and processing

The printed endless nonwoven is made from 100% polyester spunbond nonwoven. The fibres are thermally bonded, not woven, resulting in a material that, at 100 g/m² and 0.39 mm thickness, is lightweight, tear-resistant, and breathable. The breathable structure prevents wind resistance when mounted on safety barriers and construction fences. The banner can be cut on-site to the desired length with a cutter or scissors, without fraying at the edges.

Usage notes

The endless nonwoven non-woven is designed for short- to medium-term outdoor use and is therefore ideal for an event or multiple assembly and disassembly cycles.

For events where B1 fire safety certification is required by authorities, we recommend the appropriate alternatives from our range.

Attachment to safety barriers or construction fences is straightforward using cable ties. If you plan to assemble and disassemble the banner frequently, we recommend opting for eyelet finishing at an additional cost, typically spaced at 100 cm, or 50 cm upon request.

Important information on repeat length and print motif setup

The endless nonwoven non-woven is ordered as a full roll of 50 m in length. The banner is printed using digital printing, so there is no fixed repeat length. The banner can be printed either with a continuous motif across the entire 50 m width or with a repeating motif. The following graphic illustrates what to consider:

You have two options for setting up your file:

A continuous motif across the full length: Set up your file at 50 m (at a 1:10 scale).
A repeating motif: Send us only a single motif in your desired width. This width is called the repeat length. We will then repeat the motif across the entire 50 m. Important: The 50 m must be evenly divisible by your repeat length.

Ordering printed endless nonwoven non-woven: how it works

Add the endless nonwoven (non-woven) to your basket and complete your order.
After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information on setting up and submitting your print data.
You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation will also include the expected delivery date (approximately 1 to 2 weeks).
Note on print data review: If you have booked our Basic Print Data Check, we will automatically correct minor errors for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will contact you proactively. If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the output quality of your prints. Optionally, you can book our personal Premium Graphic Service, which is charged separately based on effort (€44.50 per started half-hour). Please leave a brief note in the order comments at the end of your order.
The endless nonwoven non-woven will be dispatched to you after production.

Exception for advance payment: In this case, we will only start production after your payment has been received. The delivery date will therefore depend on the receipt of payment.
