The GT 800 PVC warning tape is a highly visible marking or floor marking tape that reliably warns of danger spots and obstacles. The warning tapes are available in two versions: red and white warning tape and black and yellow warning tape in blocks.
The warning tapes made of soft PVC have high immediate adhesion and medium adhesive strength (3 N/cm). It has a smooth, shiny surface and impresses with its excellent abrasion resistance and high conformability when adhering to irregular surfaces. The adhesive tape offers high tear resistance, is temporarily weather-resistant and waterproof, and can be used indoors and outdoors. It can be removed without leaving any residue for approx. 48 hours.

The GT 800 warning tape is a waterproof adhesive tape with medium adhesive strength (3 N/cm) and high initial adhesion, which can be removed without leaving any residue for up to 48 hours – making it ideal for both temporary and permanent adhesion. The soft PVC warning tape is adaptable, can be stretched up to 150% and adheres well to smooth and irregular surfaces.

Adhesive tape red white for temporary colour marking of danger spots
(VBG 125) regulates the application of colour markings. According to this, a temporary hazard should be marked with red and white adhesive tape and permanent obstacles or hazards with black and yellow warning adhesive tapes.
Please note: the adhesive tape is not UV-stable in the long term; in particular, the red colour can fade in permanent sunlight.

Adhesion of the warning tape
The warning tape is equipped with a rubber adhesive that provides high initial tack and adhesive strength and can also be used on sensitive surfaces. Always apply the warning tape to a dust-free surface and never touch the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape with your fingers. Press the warning tape firmly into place after application. The best adhesion is guaranteed in a temperature range of -5 to +70°C.

Storage of warning tape
To ensure that the marking tape retains its quality, certain storage conditions must be observed:

- Do not store for longer than 12 months
- the storage temperature should be around 20°C (relative humidity)
