The safety vest in yellow and orange complies with EN ISO 20471 and the safety vest requirement in force since 2014. Every vehicle must carry a safety vest for the driver. The safety vest also increases safety on motorcycles. You can buy the safety vest in yellow and orange, with double Velcro fastening in size XXL. For added safety, the vest has two reflective strips that run all around it, ensuring the best signalling effect.
In yellow and orange, the high-visibility safety vest meets the safety standard for high-visibility clothing that has been in force since 2013. It is certified according to the currently valid ISO 20471 standard and fulfils the requirement for safety vests.
In bright daylight colours, the safety vests ensure that their wearer is more visible in cloudy weather during the day and at night. The material of the vests uses fluorescence to convert incoming UV light into bright light, especially in low light conditions.
about the safety vest can be found in the data sheets section.
In addition to single-coloured safety vests, you can also buy safety vests with imprints or lettering in the allbuyone online shop. We will design the safety vest entirely according to your specifications, with printing on one or both sides.
To ensure maximum visibility, safety clothing should always be worn in a closed state. This can be achieved by using a double Velcro fastener on the front of the safety vest. To maintain the signalling properties (reflection and fluorescence), the following must also be observed:
New regulations for high-visibility and signal vests have been in force since 2013. In June 2013, the European Commission published the internationally applicable EN ISO 20471:2013 "highly visible warning clothing - test methods and requirements", which has been mandatory since September 2013.
This harmonised standard replaces the older DIN 471 in the long term. In the new standard, the "specific requirements for the design" of high-visibility protective clothing were defined in Section 4.2, among other things. This ensures that people are always clearly recognisable in all light conditions during the day and when illuminated by headlights in the dark.
The changes relate to the performance requirements for colour and retro-reflection as well as their minimum surface areas and layout. Furthermore, the minimum retro-reflection values are no longer categorised into different protection levels (according to EN471 classes 1, 2, 3). In future, the retro-reflection values of all materials must correspond to the former class 2. Other differences that arise for the new standard include, for example, the points:

Since 1 July 2014, private motor vehicles have been subject to the requirement to carry safety vests. This means that at least one vest must be carried for the driver. In the case of vehicles that are regularly occupied by passengers, a safety vest must also be carried for the passengers. allbuyone recommends that all occupants carry safety vests. There is no requirement for motorcyclists to carry safety vests in Germany.
In Germany, safety vests have been compulsory for commercial vehicles for some time. Many other countries also have compulsory safety vests (carrying and/or wearing requirement ).
Another regulation: a breakdown jacket must be stored ready to hand in the interior of the vehicle (glove compartment, side pocket). Non-compliance with the applicable regulations at home and abroad can result in heavy fines.
, safety vests according to both standards (EN 471 and EN ISO 20471) are valid.
A safety vest is not only essential in the event of an accident or breakdown, but also as high-visibility clothing for roadies and hands. The signalling properties help to improve visibility on construction sites during assembly and dismantling work. Safety vests are also often mandatory for stewards and security staff. This way, visitors to an event can quickly locate security staff in an emergency.
You can buy the safety vest that complies with EN ISO 20471 and other high-visibility clothing at a reasonable price in the allbuyone shop. Safety vests for children are also available on request.
