Endless banners made of mesh B1 are high-quality advertising banners in an extra-long design. With a length of 45 m and a height of either 0.80 m, 1.20 m, 1.75 m or 2.00 m, the endless banners offer plenty of space for your print! We print the endless banner mesh in 4c digital print with high colour intensity, high resolution and customised according to your specifications, with an extra-long motif over 45 m or recurring logos and prints, just as you wish!
The material, mesh vinyl B1 with PVC coating, is 20% wind-permeable, weatherproof and UV-stable for 1-3 years, as well as extremely dimensionally stable and tear-resistant. In addition, the mesh is B1-certified and therefore flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102.

Endless banners Mesh in 4 sizes
You can order the endless banner made of wind-permeable mesh in four standard sizes (length x width) from the shop:
- 0.80 m x 45 m
- 1.20 m x 45 m
- 1.75 m x 45 m
- 2.00 m x 45 m
The endless banners are equipped with eyelets all around at 50 cm intervals.
Endless Mesh and its print quality
We print the mesh banner with PVC coating using 4c digital printing, high-resolution and with intense colours and homogeneous colour transitions. Motifs and images can be printed in almost photorealistic quality.
Please note: due to its mesh structure, mesh does not offer a closed surface; the mesh is printed from above. Depending on the viewing angle and lighting, the white base material may be visible, especially with dark print colours. In addition, due to the mesh, the print is only optimally visible from a certain viewing distance. The 300 g/m² mesh is our finest mesh, and the print is perfectly visible even from a short distance.
However, the mesh also has an advantage over smooth, closed surfaces such as PVC tarpaulin: incoming light is better refracted by the structured surface, the endless banner does not reflect. In addition, the imprint is less susceptible to scratches ( stress whitening).
Have endless banners printed with Mesh – it's as easy as this
Select the size, place your order and upload the print data via your personal link after you have received the order confirmation – it's that easy to order endless banners from allbuyone. Here are the details again:
- Put the endless banners in the shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation of your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of the print data.
- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the estimated delivery date* (approx. 1 to 2 weeks).

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time involved (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The endless banners will be sent to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Important information about repeat length and print motif placement
You order the endless banner mesh as a whole roll with a length of 45 m. We use digital printing to print banners, which is why there is no fixed repeat length. We can either print a motif across the entire width of 45 m (1) or we can print a repeating motif (2):
Important for you or your graphic designer:
- For a motif with a width of 45 m: Please supply us with the file in the final format, laid out on 45 m (in a factor of 1:10).
- A repeating motif in your desired width: Please send us a repeat with the repeating motif in the correct height and your desired width. Important here: the final dimension of the banner (45 m) must be divisible by the repeat length!

We reserve the right to print the 300 g mesh base material from other manufacturers as well, which is why some specifications (e.g. maximum tensile strength, tear resistance) may vary.
Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with heavy air pollution or at high altitudes, will cause a faster ageing process.

Which (banner) height is suitable for which fences and gates?
With the 4 sizes, our range includes banners for fences in a variety of heights. We recommend the four heights as follows:
- 0.80 m for safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers), railings and boards
- 1.20 m for grilles and fences
- 1.75 m for site fences (a standard site fence measures 1.76 m from top to bottom)
- 2.00 m for (wooden) site fences, solid wire fences, etc.

The endless banners are cut straight and have eyelets at 50 cm intervals so that the banners can be quickly and securely attached. We recommend the following accessories:
