Belt barrier posts – easy to set up and take down thanks to simple handling

The easy handling allows for an uncomplicated and speedy assembly and disassembly of the posts (please also note the assembly instructions in the data sheets section):

1. Assemble the belt posts: To do this, insert the post tube into the base plate. Then insert the adapter from below into the base plate; this is the only way to ensure that the posts are stable.

2. At least two posts are required for a barrier. Place the two barrier posts at a distance of approx. 3.80 m.

3. Now pull the barrier tape out of one of the boundary posts. It can be hooked into one of the three docking options on the next post at a 90° angle. The tape can also be wound up automatically.

4. For longer paths, simply set up as many belt stands in a row as you like and repeat the process. The plastic belt barrier posts are compatible with each other, including the high-quality belt posts made of stainless steel.

Storing and transporting belt barrier posts correctly

Demarcation stands can be stored upright on Euro pallets. Approximately 6 stands fit on a Euro pallet. To be able to transport the barrier posts, they should be lashed down securely in advance, for example with lashing straps.

The personal guidance systems are delivered disassembled in a cardboard box. The weight is about 7 kg, the total shipping weight is about 15 kg.
