90° angle element for cable protector Ranger
The angle cable protector is the matching 90° angle element for the cable protector Ranger. You can order the element as an angle to the right or to the left. The durable floor channel is used in event supplies and on construction sites as a cable ramp. The cable channel is made of PVC, is oil, acid and petrol resistant and protects cables from weather and damage.
The cable protector angle element is highly resilient with a load capacity of up to approx. 7 t on an area of 63 x 33 cm and can therefore be driven over by trucks, forklifts and other vehicles. The element has a non-slip surface and a bevelled side edge with reflectors.
The angle element has 5 cable channels and a yellow protective flap. This allows cables for mixing desks, microphones, etc. to be neatly routed from the power distributor to the front stage and other areas – even around corners!
The cable protector ranger angle element 90° is made of recycled granulate (PVC) and can therefore be offered at a much lower price. Please note: The raw material may have a slightly used appearance (colour differences and wear caused by the manufacturing process).

The overrun protection has a maximum load capacity of approx. 7 tonnes on an area of 63 x 33 cm and can therefore be driven over by trucks, cars, semi-trailers and forklifts without any problems. The flattened side edges allow pedestrians to easily cross the cable duct and it is also suitable for wheelchair users. Thanks to the ribbed, non-slip top surface, people crossing the duct are protected from slipping. The practical warning colours of yellow and black, together with the side reflectors, increase the visibility of the cable ducts.
Installation
The modular design allows a long cable duct to be formed in a time-saving manner; an angle piece is inserted around corners. The individual elements are connected to each other using a plug-in system (like a jigsaw puzzle): one end is placed over the next, and the connecting rail snaps into the corresponding recess. Close the protective cover after laying the cables. With a weight of 24 kg, the angle is stable enough and does not require additional fastening.
Note: These specifications and those relating to the maximum load capacity of the angle element refer to use on level and solid ground. When used on soft and sloping surfaces, the load capacity of the angle cable bridge may be reduced.
Cleaning and storage
The angle bracket is made of durable PVC granulate and is extremely easy to clean. Any dirt can be removed with water. Please store in a dry place away from direct sunlight. To avoid damaging the connecting pins, the cable ducts should not be stored upright.
