Installation of the Ranger cable protector
The modular design of the cable protector Ranger allows flexible installation of cable ducts in any length. The individual cable protectors are connected to each other by simply placing the end of one cable protector over the cable duct to be connected. The connecting rail locks into the corresponding recess. This ensures that both elements of the overrun protection are reliably connected to each other.
Additional fastening of the cable protector to the ground is not necessary. Thanks to its weight of 24 kg, the overrun protection is stable even without additional fastening.
Important tips for stable installation
The cable protector Ranger has a completely removable cover in yellow. For particularly stable installation of the cable protectors , we recommend installing the covers offset by half the length of the cable protector. This ensures that the cover overlaps the connection point between two cable protectors. This provides additional stability for the cable protectors and also increases the service life of the product.
