The 90 cm long lanyards made of 100% polyester fabric are high-quality and printed on one side. The print is in photo-realistic quality and brilliant colours – perfect for your company logo, a motif or advertising message.
First select the appropriate strap width ( 10 mm / 15 mm / 20 mm) for the lanyard and one of the two snap hooks. A safety clasp is also available as an option, e.g. for children. The delivery time for the lanyards is between 7 and 14 days, express shipping is available on request.

The key rings are made of soft polyester and are comfortable to wear. The strap length is always 90 cm. You can choose the width of 10, 15 or 20 mm and a snap hook (standard or oval) when ordering. A safety clasp is optional. The minimum order quantity for customised lanyards is 100 pieces.
Would you like to add an ID card holder or a custom-printed pass to the lanyard? You will find these items in the Access Control category. Of course, we also stock other accessories on request. This means you can order other hooks, double carabiner hooks, clips, loops, etc. at any time.

Design your own lanyards online: configurator
You don't need a complicated graphics programme to design your lanyards. You can design your own lanyards online in just a few clicks. Once you have selected the width and the desired carabiner hook and safety fastener, please click on the "Design now" button.
Important to know: The configurator screen will then display the design template for half of a lanyard. This template shows 45 cm, of the total 90 cm length of the lanyard. You can customise this half of the lanyard – the second half is a copy of the first half and is created automatically by the configurator.

Step-by-step guide to customisation
In the configurator, there are buttons at the top left that allow you to add text, shapes and your own graphics, such as logos or motifs, and customise them. The buttons at the top right only change the view of your design.
- "Design product area": Here you can optionally select the background colour of the lanyard
- "Insert text": Use this button to insert text. Choose your own style and colour
- "Upload graphic": This button allows you to upload graphics in JPG and PNG format
Please do not place your design over the dotted lines. The "Original view" button hides all content above it and shows you the lanyard as it will be printed.
- Is the lanyard you have designed exactly how you want it? Great, then press the "Save position" button
- Now select the quantity of key rings you want. 1 pack corresponds to 100 pieces
- You can create another design using the "Add configuration" button.
- The "Calculate best price" button allows us to add up the total quantity of all lanyards. We automatically calculate the respective low-cost bulk price.
- You can place a binding print order by clicking on the "Add to basket" button.
Important: Please do NOT use the back button in your browser during the design process. This will cause any saved data to be lost.
What happens next? Printing and delivery time:
The custom lanyards are now in your shopping cart. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. The customised lanyards will go into production immediately after receipt of payment. The delivery time is between 7 and 14 days. Unless you have ordered with prepayment. In this case, we will start production immediately after receipt of payment.
Please note: We do not check the design you have created yourself. The print will appear on the lanyard as you have placed it in your shopping basket. Printed lanyards are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.
Printing: Printing technology and colours
The lanyards are printed in high resolution in near-photorealistic quality with highly brilliant colours using a thermal sublimation process. 4c according to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). These colours form the basis for the print; all other colours are created from a corresponding mixture. Individually created special colours, for example for logos, can only be reproduced approximately in some cases. Many special colours correspond exactly to their value, while others can only be printed approximately according to a specific colour value (e.g. Pantone, HKS, etc.).
Approximately 900 mm is available for printing; only the two end pieces are sewn with the hook:
Basic print data check or personal graphics service
Are you unsure and would like to have your custom lanyard checked by a graphic designer?
Then add the basic print data check to your shopping basket for just £5.90. This includes colour adjustments to the required target profile, the target colour space, the creation/correction of the bleed and the embedding of fonts, as well as minor format adjustments.
Alternatively, an expert graphic designer can help you create your individual design. Please contact us personally – the professional will develop the design of your lanyards according to your individual specifications and then send you a proof for approval. The graphic designer will be charged according to the time required, at a rate of £44.50 per half hour or part thereof.

Both carabiner hooks are made of metal and are designed so that the lower part can move freely and name tags, ID card holders, etc. do not twist and the print is clearly legible at all times.
Optional: safety fastener for your lanyards
The strap can be fitted with a safety clasp as an option. This is located at the back of the neck and can be opened quickly in an emergency. These safety clasps are particularly recommended for children or can be advantageous at sporting events.
