Backstage passes are used at concerts, festivals, film and television productions, sporting events and many other events as identification for the backstage area. Backstage passes – sometimes also known as wristbands – are issued to artists, crew and other authorised persons to grant them quick access to the backstage area. Backstage passes are available as plastic cards or self-adhesive. The VIP passes are laminated and perforated so that they can be worn around the neck with a lanyard or clipped to a trouser waistband. With a name and photo, the backstage pass protects against misuse and cannot be transferred to third parties.

The paper passes are:

- Optionally perforated with round or long holes

- with or without numbering/personalisation

As an alternative to laminated tour passes, you can also order self-adhesive backstage passes made of tear-proof and waterproof acetate rayon. The passes measure 60 mm x 90 mm.
