Information and details: Have sustainable festival ribbons printed

? We print festival wristbands using thermal sublimation printing, an extremely waterproof, durable print that is applied to the fabric wristbands made of finely woven recycled polyester using heat. The photo-like print appears in the highest brilliance. The Eco colours used are just as environmentally conscious. They are water-based and do not develop any environmentally harmful vapours or residues during production. The fibres of the soft rPET fabric straps are obtained from recycled PET bottles, which are much more sustainable and resource-efficient than conventional polyester in production. The recycled admission wristbands made of fabric are available with four different fasteners. First select the appropriate accessory (wooden bead, bamboo bead, aluminium seal or eco plastic fastener with bamboo) and then click on the "design it yourself" button to go directly to the admission wristband configurator.

Difference between closures for festival wristbands with printing

The fasteners, which differ in appearance and handling at the entrance as well as in terms of security (transferability), are described below:

1. Self-closing Eco plastic fastener with bamboo: a round bamboo tube with internal barbs made from recycled plastic. When the fabric band is pulled closed, the hooks dig into the fabric. Opening it is not without risk of damage. It is possible to widen the fabric bands with force, but this leaves visible damage to the festival bands.
2. Reusable wooden or bamboo beads that make putting on and taking off the admission wristbandseasy. This closure does not provide any security, the fabric straps are transferable and can be removed from the wrist without damage after an event. They are suitable, for example, for private parties, children's birthdays or a wedding.
3. Aluminium seal can be closed with pliers: A classic closure for festival wristbands – for maximum security. These festival wristbands are not transferable and must be closed with pliers at the entrance. Opening the seal is almost impossible. The festival wristbands have to be cut to take them off. Please select the hand plier wristband or table plier wristband as accessories for this closure.

Information on designing the fabric wristbands:

The fabric wristband can be printed over the entire area of 350 mm x 15 mm. The light blue area, 150 mm wide, corresponds approximately to the circumference of an average wrist. We recommend positioning text, motifs or logos here. The dark grey areas indicate the approximate position of the closures. The light grey areas, approx. 86 mm, are the ends of the fabric wristbands. Do not place any important information or design elements on the light grey areas. If a visitor has a narrow wrist, these ends of the fabric wristbands are often shortened.

Please note: the dimensions given may vary depending on the diameter of the wrist. We are only providing these as a rough guide.

: If you shorten the festival wristbands, you can seal the cut edges with a lighter. This prevents the fabric bands from fraying. Do not shorten festival wristbands less than 6 mm from the fastener, otherwise the band may slip through the fastener.

High quality: print sustainable admission wristbands with environmentally friendly eco-friendly ink.

We print festival wristbands individually, with your own design, just as you wish. The printing is done on extremely tear-resistant, finely woven rPET polyester of the highest quality and in the highest resolution. We use dye-sublimation printing, a process that produces very vibrant and durable colours and can withstand a lot. The environmentally friendly inks are solvent-free, water-based eco-inks that leave no harmful residues or vapours. The fibres of the rPET festival wristband are obtained from recycled PET bottles, which cause fewer emissions during production than conventional polyester. The printed festival wristbands are (UV) light and water resistant, as well as resistant to shower gels, creams and other cosmetics, and are durable over a long period of time.

The material (rPET) is extremely tear-resistant and offers maximum comfort on the wrist. The sustainable admission wristbands are of high quality, the ends are cut and welded, which means that the fabric never starts to fray. As a souvenir of unforgettable events, the printed festival wristband can be worn on the wrist for a very long time.

Which admission wristbands are not transferable?Tyvek vs. printed textile admission wristbands

Tyvek festival wristbands have a perforated adhesive seal. If someone tries to tamper with the wristband, the paper-like material can be widened on the wrist (!), making it easy to see. If you have admission wristbands printed with a textile band, you have chosen the most secure admission wristbands. When combined with an aluminium seal, printed festival wristbands cannot be widened and are therefore non-transferable. Please note, however, that the aluminium seal must be closed at the entrance using pliers.
An equally secure alternative to the seal is the self-closing plastic fastener with barbs. For rPET festival wristbands, this is called a self-closing eco plastic fastener with bamboo.
The internal barbs wedge themselves into the fabric when the closure is made. If someone tries to tamper with the festival wristband in order to pass it on, this is immediately recognisable from the damage to the fabric (see photo).

Example: a self-fastening plastic clasp that has been tampered with by widening. The barbs dig into the fabric and leave visible marks. It is also only possible to duplicate the ribbons using the original print data. We guarantee to handle your data in strict confidence.
