Mesh 800 is a dense, finely knitted mesh made from HDPE fabric (polyethylene). The mesh has a weight of 200 g/m², a mesh size of <1 mm x 5 mm, and is approximately 20% wind-permeable. With a view protection value of approx. 80%, Mesh 800 offers high visual density; from a viewing distance of approx. 8.5 m, the view protection net is opaque (depending on lighting). The fabric is flame-retardant and B1-certified to DIN 4102. Additionally, the mesh is UV-resistant for approx. 1–2 years. The flame-retardant mesh fabric is used as construction fence view protection, wind protection, cladding, etc. Thanks to its B1 certification, it is also approved for indoor use.
Purchase Mesh 800 B1 in 9 colours, either as a complete roll of 2 m x 100 m or as metre lengths from 10 lfm (2 m width).
Alternatively, Mesh 800 UV-stabilised (UV-resistant for 5–7 years) is available, also in 9 colours as a roll or metre lengths.
Mesh 800 B1 – flame-retardant, fine-mesh netting
Mesh 800 is a weather-resistant, fine-mesh net that is often used as a wind protection net and a view protection net. The mesh is windpermeable (approx. 20%), provides a high level of view protection (approx. 80%) and is also weatherproof and rot-resistant – making it ideal for outdoor use. In addition, this mesh 800 is B1-certified and flame retardant according to DIN 4102. This means that the mesh fabric meets the fire protection requirements at many public events. Available in nine colours, mesh 800 offers a wide range of uses. It is also extremely easy to attach using cable ties. B1 mesh is flame retardant according to DIN 4102
The mesh is treated to be flame retardant during production, making it permanently flame retardant. Mesh 800 is B1 certified according to DIN 4102. In accordance with the strict fire protection requirements of most authorities and insurance companies, the mesh is therefore also approved for public events.
