Mesh 800 is a fine-mesh fabric. The Mesh 800 UV version is a special net that is UV-stabilised for 5-7 years. This makes this mesh particularly well suited for longer outdoor use. In the configurator, you can customise the polyethylene net configured, with a choice of 9 colours.

Mesh 800 is a fine-mesh polyethylene net made of robust HDPE. The mesh is UV-stabilised for approx. 5-7 years and is therefore particularly suitable for longer outdoor use as a privacy and wind protection net. With the Mesh Configurator, you can design the polyethylene net configured individually yourself, quickly and easily in just 3 steps.

Please note that the photographic and schematic representation of colours may vary depending on the monitor settings. Therefore, our sample images and colour tiles are not colour-binding and may turn out lighter or darker in reality. If you are looking for a precisely defined colour value, please request the corresponding material samples.
Mesh UV-resistant
The mesh Gaze 800 UV is a special plastic mesh that is UV-stabilised during production. This makes the mesh UV-stable for 5–7 years, depending on the solar radiation.
Please note: UV stability correlates with flame retardancy. The mesh made of UV-stabilised mesh is therefore not B1 flame retardant!
Design your own polyethylene net configured individually
With the mesh configurator, you can create your own mesh fabric in just three steps, individually customised.
- First, enter the desired dimensions.
- Now you can choose the finish of the four side edges. The following finishes are available:
- eyelets every 50 cm
- hollow seam laid flat 5 cm
- hemmed
- cut straight, without hem
Please note:
- dimensional tolerances of +/- 5% are due to technical reasons and depend on temperature and humidity.
- Due to the partially automated manufacturing process, the eyelets on opposite edges are usually not arranged symmetrically. If you require a symmetrical or individual arrangement of the eyelets, we can implement this for an extra charge. Please send us a separate request and a corresponding sketch.
