Endless nonwovens – inexpensive banners for extra-long advertising

Whether for sporting events (cycle races, marathons, etc.) along competition routes, as perimeter advertising in football stadiums, at trade fairs or other events: endless nonwovens are perfect wherever long, inexpensive advertising banners are needed. Nonwoven banners offer many advantages: they are tear-resistant, easy to attach, can be cut to the required size without any problems and are particularly inexpensive.

Our range includes products for various grids and fences – you can choose from banners in 4 heights and different lengths. Endless nonwovens can be printed in one to four colours, and the maximum repeat length for printing is 600 cm – for your individual advertising message!

Select height: 80 / 100 / 180 / 200 cm
Select print colour: 1c solid colour on white, 2c solid colour on white, 4c halftone (fully coloured including gradient)
Select repeat length – there are 5 options: 250 cm, 350 cm, 400 cm, 500 cm, 600 cm
Select roll quantity

Which height is suitable for which grid?

Depending on whether you want to use the banners for boards at sporting events or as fence banners for mobile construction fences, we recommend choosing the fleece in the appropriate size (height):

80 cm for safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers), railings and boards
100 cm for grids and fences
180 cm for construction fences (a standard construction fence measures 1.76 m from the top to the bottom edge)
200 cm for (wooden) construction site fences, fixed wire fences, etc.

Information on repeat length and minimum purchase quantity

The minimum purchase depends on the repeat length:

250 cm, 500 cm - 200 metres (= 8 rolls of 25 m)
350 cm - 196 metres (= 8 rolls of 24.5 m)
400 cm, 600 cm - 216 running metres (= 9 rolls of 24 m)

What does repeat length mean?

The repeat length is the width of the repeating pattern. With a repeat length of 250 cm, the print repeats every 250 cm.

Details about the product material

Endless fleece is made of polypropylene (PP), which is much more robust than conventional cloth banners and lighter than PVC advertising banners. It is easy to attach, easy to cut and can be used unhemmed without fraying. Further advantages at a glance:

Print fleece banners – customised to your requirements

We print the endless nonwovens in one to four colours using screen printing on white nonwovens. With 4-colour printing, the banner is printed over the entire surface. Printing is carried out individually according to your specifications, with a maximum print width of 600 cm.

Order printed endless nonwovens – here's how:

Add the endless nonwovens to your shopping basket and complete your order.
After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the preparation and transmission of the print data.
You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date* (approx. 3 to 4 weeks).
Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the output quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately according to time and effort (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). Please leave us a short note in the order comments at the end of your order.
The endless nonwovens will be shipped to you after production.

*Exception for payment in advance: In this case, we will only start production of your printed materials after receipt of payment. The delivery date is therefore dependent on receipt of payment.

Endless banners – possible uses

Endless advertising banners made of fleece are inexpensive and quickly transform barriers, fences and fence sections into perfect advertising spaces. They are mainly used for short-term advertising indoors and outdoors. The endless banners are used in a wide variety of areas, for example as:

Accessories for quick and easy installation

Another advantage of these advertising banners is that they are quick to attach. All you need are cable ties and a pair of scissors or wire. Use the scissors to make a small hole in the advertising banner, then pull the wire or cable ties through. Double-sided tape or staples can also be used for mounting.

The fleece can be easily cut to size with scissors, and individual motifs can also be cut out of the banner. This opens up countless further possibilities for use.
