Endless nonwovens are inexpensive and extremely effective banners for advertising on safety barriers, fences and hoardings. The banners are designed for temporary indoor and outdoor use at sporting events such as cycle races, trade fairs and other events. The nonwoven fabric is available in 4 heights and many lengths. It can be individually printed with advertising, motifs and much more in up to 4 colours using screen printing. The material of the endless banners is mesh-proof and tear-resistant.

Endless nonwovens – affordable banners for extra-long advertising
Whether at sporting events (cycling races, marathons, etc.) along the route of the competition, as perimeter advertising in the football arena, at the trade fair or at other events: endless nonwovens are perfect wherever long, inexpensive advertising banners are needed. Banners made of nonwoven material offer many advantages: they are tear-resistant, easy to attach, can be easily cut to the required size and are particularly inexpensive.
Our range includes products for various meshes and fences – you can choose from banners in 4 heights and different lengths. Endless nonwovens can be printed in one to four colours, with a maximum print repeat length of 600 cm – for your customised advertising message!

- Choose print colour: 1c full tone on white, 2c full tone on white, 4c grid (completely coloured incl. gradient)
- Choose repeat length - there are 5 options here: 250 cm, 350 cm, 400 cm, 500 cm, 600 cm
- Select quantity of rolls

Which height is suitable for which mesh?
Depending on whether you want to use the banners for sports events or as fence-banners for mobile construction fences, we recommend choosing the fleece in the appropriate size (height):
- 80 cm for safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers), railings and boards
- 100 cm for grilles and fences
- 180 cm for site fences (a standard site fence is 1.76 metres high from the ground)
- 200 cm for (wooden) site fences, solid wire fences, etc.
Information on pattern repeat and minimum order
The minimum order quantity depends on the repeat length:

- 250 cm, 500 cm - 200 metres (=8 rolls of 25 m)
- 350 cm - 196 metres (= 8 rolls of 24.5 m)
- 400 cm, 600 cm - 216 running metres (= 9 rolls of 24 m)

What does repeat length mean?
The repeat length is the width of the repeating motif. With a repeat length of 250 cm, the print is therefore repeated every 250 cm.
Details of the product material
Endless - fleece is made of polypropylene (PP). The material is much more robust than conventional cloth banners and is lighter in weight than PVC advertising banners. It is easy to attach, easy to cut and can be used unhemmed without fraying. Further advantages at a glance:

On request, we can also supply the advertising banners (at an extra charge) with eyelets. However, they can also be easily and securely attached without eyelets.
Have your fleece banner printed – customised as you wish
We print one to four colours on endless nonwovens, using the screen printing method on white nonwovens. With four-colour printing, the entire surface of the banner is printed. The printing is done individually according to your specifications, with a maximum print width of 600 cm.
Order printed endless nonwovens – this is how it works:
- Add the endless nonwovens to your shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the estimated delivery date* (approx. 3 to 4 weeks).

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The endless nonwovens will be shipped to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Endless banners – possible uses
Endless advertising banners made of fleece are inexpensive and quickly transform bands, barriers and fence sections into perfect advertising spaces. They are mainly used for short-term advertising indoors and outdoors. The endless banners can be used in a wide variety of areas, for example as:
- large-format advertising banners at sporting events for spectator areas and the finish line
- endless banners for trade fairs and events
- Advertising on barriers at parades
- Advertising banners in stadiums and for smaller fitness and sports clubs
- Fence banners to cover fence sections at open-air festivals – privacy screen and advertising in one
Accessories for mounting – quick and easy
Another advantage of these advertising banners is that they can be attached quickly. All you need is cable ties and scissors or wire. Make a small hole in the advertising banner with the scissors, then pull the wire or cable ties through. Double-sided tape or staples can also be used for mounting.
By the way, the fleececaneasilybe cutwith scissors and individual motifs can be cut out of the banner. This opens up countless further possibilities for use.
