- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of the print data.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date* (approx. 3–4 weeks).
- We will check your data for printability. We will automatically correct minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will actively contact you. This service is free of charge for you!
- Once the data is correct, your products will go to print.
- The packing tape will be sent to you after production.
*Exception for prepayment: In this case, we will only start production of your printed materials after receipt of payment. The delivery date is therefore dependent on receipt of payment.
Please ensure that your print data is carefully prepared. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.
