The VIP pass in DIN A7 is the most popular size of our backstagepasses. With a print area of 74 mm x 105 mm, the medium-sized pass does not interfere with work, but is large enough to be quickly read at the entrance to the backstage area, etc. The backstage pass can be printed on one or both sides, and the total size is 80 mm x 111 mm. You can also order the pass with or without consecutive numbering/personalisation (names, functions) and choose between round and long holes.
The VIP badge is made of paper and is laminated, making it waterproof and more durable. You can purchase the VIP pass in the allbuyone shop in DIN A7 and other sizes with high-resolution printing and short delivery times.

VIP Pass laminated in DIN A7 (74 x 105 mm)
Whether for festivals, concerts, conferences or trade fairs – VIP passes serve as ID and name tags at events. With a print area of 74 mm x 105 mm, the passes are small enough not to get in the way and large enough to be easily seen and read – for quick access control to the backstage area, event and more.
The VIP Pass can be printed on an area of 74 mm x 105 mm, either on one or both sides. You can also choose between a round and an oval hole. The total size of the VIP Pass with laminate is 80 x 111 cm. Optionally, the pass can also be numberedconsecutively / personalised (name, number, function ).
The paper (120 g thick) is laminated on both sides to protect it from getting dirty. You can get the Tourpass with a round or long hole for attaching a lanyard.
Tip: Order the Basic print file check at the same time! We will then check your print files in advance and you will receive the product safely in the desired quality.

The backstage passes consist of a paper pass measuring 75 mm x 105 mm, which is laminated. Including the laminate, the pass has a total size of 80 mm x 111 mm.

Printed VIP pass – customised and in high-resolution quality
We print the VIP passes in high quality using digital printing. Colour gradients, multicoloured print motifs or individual colour codes – there are no limits when designing the tour passes.
After printing, the passes are laminated, making them particularly robust and durable. They can withstand (almost) any hardship in day-to-day production, from spilled coffee to rainy days.

Important information for creating print data: The print area is 74 mm x 105 mm plus a 3 mm bleed, which is then laminated. You can find more information in our info sheet on delivering print data.
- Put the laminated backstage pass in your shopping basket and complete your order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the preparation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery time (approx. 5 to 6 working days).

Note on print datachecking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The laminated backstage passes will be sent to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment
