Adhesive textile tape – for repairing, designing or fixing
Whether for designing stage sets or for fastening technical equipment, black textile cloth tape is an important accessory on stage and in the studio. It is particularly often used to repair black stage fabrics, as it does not reflect lighting. In outdoor event areas, the waterproof tape can also be used to quickly and reliably seal tears in various tarpaulins.
The textile adhesive tape can also be used in leisure activities: when camping, tents can be quickly repaired with the textile tape.
Using textile adhesive tape
The adhesive textile tape is easy to pull off the roll and can be cut with a knife, cutter or scissors. To avoid impairing the adhesive strength, do not touch the adhesive surface of the adhesive textile tape with your hands if possible. Also make sure that the adhesive tape is applied precisely and accurately to the desired location. This is because the adhesive textile tape with its strong initial adhesion is difficult to remove and reposition.
Tip: To be on the safe side, always carry out a test application before use.
