High-visibility vest with imprint in 8 colours

Printed safety vests offer two advantages. Due to the eye-catching, bright colour, the signal vests are hard to miss. An individual print makes the colourful signal vests a cost-effective advertising medium.

We supply printed safety vests in a range of designs. The vests can be customised on one or two sides. Safety vest printing can be designed in up to four colours.

Two circumferential, retro-reflective warning strips ensure a good signalling effect even in the dark. Illuminating a light source increases the visibility of the signal vest even at night. A practical Velcro fastener on the front makes it easy to close, even over normal work clothes. The lightweight of 151 g does not hinder you while working.

How are the signal vests printed?

The imprint is designed according to your individual specifications and is screen-printed. The safety vests can be printed with a logo or lettering in one to four colours.

We printsingle-coloured vests in black as standard, and the black safety vest is printed in white.

For the multi-coloured printed vests,, certain colour values can be transmitted according to Pantone or RAL. We also supply (at an extra charge) reflective prints, colour gradients or alternative printing processes. We would be happy to advise you personally on this at +49 89-122 89 06 22

Where are the signal vests printed?

You can choose from the following options for safety vest printing:

only on the front
only on the back
on the front and back of the safety vest.

Order a high-vis vest with imprint – this is how it works:

Add the safety vests to your shopping basket and complete the order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the estimated delivery date* (approx. 1 to 2 weeks).
We check your data for printability. We automatically correct minor errors for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you. This service is free of charge for you!
As soon as the data is correct, your products go to print.
The safety vests will be sent to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed materials until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Please make sure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be returned.

High-visibility clothing according to EN ISO 20471

In the colours pink, green, blue, black, grey, white, purple and red, the safety vests do not comply with EN ISO 20471. Applicable standards for PPE and the safety vest requirement state that bright colours in fluorescent daylight luminous colours are mandatory. Do you need standardised safety vests? In yellow and orange, the safety vests comply with EN ISO 20471. You can also order these vests from our shop.

: The printed yellow and orange safety vests only comply with EN ISO 20471 if the print is no larger than 30 x 20 cm (back) and 10 x 10 cm (chest). If the print is larger, the safety vest no longer complies with the applicable obligations!

Washing and storing printed signal vests

When washing and storing the safety vest, you should follow a few useful tips:

do not iron
allow to air dry
do not dry clean or bleach
Store in a place protected from sunlight.
