The mason's cord is a small tool that allows you to create a straight, aligned orientation line (horizontal and vertical) in no time at all. Our mason's cord, also known as a plumb line or builder's cord, is 100 m long and has a diameter of 2 mm. The cord is braided and available in white, red, green, neon green or neon pink. 2-mm mason's cord – tear-resistant, resilient and flexible
Our high-quality guidance cord is made of polypropylene (PP). This material is tear-resistant, but the plaited structure makes it soft and flexible. These properties help to loosen knots more easily than with conventional cords.

Using mason's cord
Using the guidance cord is very easy. The only important thing is to tighten the cord sufficiently. This ensures that the cord is straight and does not sag.
When building walls, the guidance cord is often attached to nails for tension. In the field of horticulture, it is easier to tension the cord with a so-called cord nail, which is hammered into the ground and serves as a holder.
Tip: Don't always cut the line straight off! Perhaps you can attach the other end with the roll? This allows you to rewind the line after work and reuse it.
