The BODYFLAG helps save valuable minutes in dangerous situations

At events with many participants or visitors, such as festivals, open-air concerts, city runs, etc., various security and rescue services are deployed in mobile teams. These teams are coordinated by a control centre.

For orientation on the event site, these teams often use maps with a coordinate grid, which, however, is not marked on the actual site.

If the emergency services require backup due to an emergency, they usually request it by radio via the control centre and provide their location according to the coordinate plan. However, the exact position can only be roughly estimated by all those involved. For the arriving backup, finding the exact location of the emergency is often difficult due to the dense crowd, as the visibility for people at the same height is sometimes only about three rows of people. This means that even if a backup team is only 3 metres away from the emergency site, they often cannot find it immediately.

The "search time" wastes valuable minutes, which in the worst case can cost lives ("collapsing time frame"). In some cases, however, a few minutes are crucial, such as in the case of a stroke (19 seconds).

The BODYFLAG provides a solution: with a length of 2 metres when extended, it can reach a total length of more than 4 metres, depending on body size. The red flag is visible to emergency services from a distance, making the emergency location easy to find.
