The transparent hygiene protection wall is an attractive mobile protective wall that can be stylishly and discreetly integrated into your hygiene concept. Hygiene wall with transparent protective film
The hygiene protection wall is a mobile protective wall,, which impresses with its stylish design and high functionality. The large hygiene wall , measuring 100 x 200 cm, consists of a free-standing aluminium keder frame in silver and a robust 0.5 mm thick clear film, which is clamped into the frame by means of a rubber lip. Attractive, wide feet are included in the scope of delivery to ensure good stability.
The hygiene partition wall system is easy to handle and quick to set up thanks to a keder frame. The foil is replaceable and can be individually printed as an option. The spit protection made of PVC foil is B1 certified (flame retardant) and can therefore be used indoors and outdoors in wind-protected areas.
Transparent hygiene protection wall: simple design, robust foil, stable aluminium frame
The hygiene wall is a transparent partition wall with good stability. An elegant, simple, free-standing aluminium frame with additional feet is used here as a hygiene partition wall, into which a transparent foil is inserted for hygiene protection by means of a keder lip. To ensure that the system can continue to be used as a partition wall, room divider or advertising medium after the coronavirus pandemic, the hygiene film can be easily replaced with a printed textile banner, for example.
The foil of the hygiene protection wall is transparent and highly durable. The thickness of 0.5 mm even allows you to incorporate an individual pass-through. The foil is easier to clean and cheaper than acrylic glass or Plexiglas and can also be individually printed on request.

Assembly and cleaning of the mobile spit protection wall
The hygiene wall can be assembled quickly and easily using the aluminium keder frame system:
- Assemble the hygiene partition to form a rectangle.
- Screw the brackets into the corners of the partition wall.
- Attach the two base plates to the bottom of the hygiene partition.
- Press the protective film into the frame on the front – done!
The protective film is slightly sensitive to fingerprints. We therefore recommend wearing cotton gloves during assembly. We recommend using mild soapy water to clean the partition. If you wish to clean with disinfectants, please use an alcohol-free product and test it on an inconspicuous area first.
