The backstage pass, measuring 61 mm x 93 mm, serves as identification for backstage areas on tours and at concerts. The paper pass offers a print area of 61 x 93 mm, including protective laminate, resulting in a total size of 67 mm x 99 mm. The pass is laminated and has a hole (round hole / long hole) for easy attachment to a lanyard.

Laminated backstage pass – 61 x 93 mm

Backstage passes are used for admission control at concerts, on film sets and at TV productions. The backstage pass measures 61 x 93 mm and can be printed on one or both sides in 4c. Since the pass has a hole at the top (either a round or an oval hole), it can be attached to a lanyard and worn so that it is clearly visible.

The backstage passes consist of a paper pass measuring 61 mm x 93 mm, which is laminated. Including the laminate, the pass has a total size of 67 mm x 99 mm.

Laminated backstage passes for access control

Laminated backstage passes are used to identify people with special access authorisation at events. Not everyone has access to all areas at a festival or concert. Special permission is required to enter the VIP or backstage area. A backstage pass serves as identification at the entrance control. If desired, a hologram can be incorporated into the backstage pass for even more security. The long or round holes on the top of the backstage pass can be used to easily attach a lanyard or ID clip.

Backstage pass for security staff

Crew members, security staff and artists are issued a backstage pass by the event organiser to identify themselves at the backstage entrance. The backstage pass is attached to a lanyard and worn around the neck or clipped on clothing. Laminated backstagepasses are protected from wear and moisture by a protective film. Permanent staff who travel with the tour the whole time can use the same backstage pass throughout the tour.

Order printed backstage passes – this is how it works

Important information for creating the print data: The print area is 61 mm x 93 mm plus a bleed of 3 mm, which is then laminated. You can find more information in our info sheet "Backstage passes small – delivery of print data".

Put the backstage pass in your shopping basket and complete the order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery time (approx. 5 to 6 working days).
Note on print datachecking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
You can optionally book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order.
The backstage passes will be sent to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Please ensure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are a special production and cannot be exchanged.
