Backstage pass in large format DIN A6 (105 x 148 mm)

The backstage pass is used as identification at concerts, on film sets and during TV productions. With a print area of 105 x 148 mm, crew members, security personnel and artists can quickly and easily identify themselves with the backstage pass. The laminated paper ID card with a total size of 111 x 154 mm can be printed on one or both sides in 4c. The backstage pass can be punched with either a long or round hole at the top, making it easy to attach to lanyards or clips.

The backstage passes consist of a paper pass measuring 105 mm x 148 mm, which is laminated. Including the laminate, the pass has a total size of 111 mm x 154 mm.

Backstage pass for access control

At events, the backstage pass large serves as ID for people with special access authorisation. At large events, numerous people with special access authorisation work in the backstage area. It is usually not possible for the admission staff at the backstage entrance to know every single person with access authorisation. The backstage pass is therefore used as identification. The backstage pass size of 105 x 148 mm (DIN A6) enables quick access control, as the pass is clearly visible. For added security, a hologram can also be incorporated into the backstagepasses on request.

ID for crew members

Not all areas of an event are open to everyone. Backstage areas such as artists' dressing rooms and catering areas are off-limits to the public. To ensure that crew members, musicians, paramedics and security personnel can pass through the backstage entrance quickly, they are given a backstage pass by the tour manager or organiser. The individual imprint on the backstage pass allows the access-authorised persons to be distinguished again. At the entrance, it is thus possible to see at a glance whether the respective person has access to the entire backstage area or only to certain areas.

Backstage pass for journalists

Journalists and press photographers are also issued backstage passes. Reporters are allowed access to certain backstage areas, but not to artists' dressing rooms, make-up and similar sensitive areas. The large-format backstage pass makes it easy to see whether and to which areas the journalist has access.

Our backstage pass is printed using a digital printing process. This gives you maximum flexibility in designing the pass. Whether you want to print the backstage pass with multi-coloured logos, photos of the band and artists, gradients or even individual colour codes – anything is possible with our backstage pass. After printing, the backstagepasses are laminated to protect them from moisture and damage. To distinguish between artists, crew and press, the backstagepasses can be printed with different labels. Important information for creating the print data: The print area is 105 mm x 148 mm plus a bleed of 3 mm, which is then laminated. You can find more information in our info sheet on delivering print data.

Put the backstage pass in your shopping basket and complete your order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery time (approx. 5 to 6 working days).
Note on print datachecking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order.
The backstage passes will be sent to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed materials until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment
