I would like to return an article.

Are you a private customer?

Then you have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt. For more information, see our right of cancellation.

Are you a business customer?

There is no right of cancellation for corporate customers. For the cancellation of defective goods, please refer to §13 of the Terms and Conditions for Entrepreneurs.
