How can I cancel my order?
To be able to cancel an order, we first need to clarify the order status.
Please reply to the e-mail with your order confirmation, and we will check the status of your order and clarify whether a cancellation is still possible.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel an order for individually tailored goods that were ordered several days ago.
